Initially, only one regeneration plate was installed in our family box spring bed, but as everyone benefited noticeably from this, a second plate was added under the mattress after just a few days to compensate. Everyone feels more relaxed when falling asleep, there are no more interruptions to sleep during the night and everyone wakes up much more refreshed in the morning and can face the day full of energy!!!
