Buying the ReVital Tablet was a good idea. We put ALL our food on it first. You notice that everything tastes much better and is more digestible. I notice this with dairy products, for example, if they are not lactose-free, as I am lactose intolerant. I noticed that the lactose content is much lower with Re Vital.
